GloFusion House Call Services provides and administers a variety of mobile in-home lab tests to help you know your health status and prevent health problems. Some tests that can be done with our House Call Services are Rapid Flu Test, Rapid Strep Test, Urinalysis, as well as a blood work which will be sent to LabCorp.

Onyebuchi Nwaokolo APRN, FNP-C, DOT-CME
Buchi Nwaokolo APRN, FNP-C, DOT-CME is originally from Nigeria where she attended Enugu State University for her undergraduate degrees in Industrial Maths and Applied Statistics: She then came to United States where she obtained a second undergraduate degree in nursing at the University of North Alabama Florence. Buchi later attended Walden University’s graduate program and obtained her Master’s degree with honors, with an emphasis in Family Nurse practitioner. She holds a national board certification with The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a nurse practitioners. Buchi began her healthcare career in 2008.
Her previous experience includes Acute Care, Long Term Care, and Hospice Care. She has served as a Director of Nursing and understands patient advocacy. Buchi is qualified to diagnose and treat a wide array of conditions across the entire lifespan. Buchi is a very straight forward practitioner . She builds a trusting relationship with her patients. She believes in excellence and is passionate about preventive care, empowering individual through education, closing the gaps in healthcare and building healthy communities.

Judith Ngulefac APRN, FNP-C, DOT-CME has over 13 years of experience in diverse health care setting providing high quality care to patients in the fields of Acute Care, Cardiac Telemetry, Oncology and Hematology, Medical Surgical Nursing, Psychiatric/Mental Health, Hospice/ Palliative Care, Home IV Infusion, and Gerontology.
She graduated with honors from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Inspired by her passion for disease prevention and chronic disease management rather than focusing on symptom control, she pursued her dream to acquire her Master’s degree at Walden University School of Nursing with the concentration as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). As a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she worked in an Urgent Care setting providing care in a high volume, fast paced, setting.
Judith has provided medical care to patients of all ages with a focus on health promotion and disease prevention including, but not limited to: history and physical exams; diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic medical problems; ordering and interpretation of diagnostic and laboratory tests; education and counseling of individuals, families and groups; and completion of health care examinations. She has performed minor surgical procedures, maintaining the strictest safety and sanitation standards in accordance with regulations.
She provides a positive and healing environment for her patients and their family, treating them with respect, dignity and compassion, which enables strong and trusting relationships with her patients/family. Her services are built on the patient-centered care philosophy.
